Some dissidents are targeted for a special type of persecution known as gangstalking, where multiple people stalk and harass the victim relentlessly. Perpetrators may convert their voices into microwave frequencies then transmit these to the victim, who will hear these frequencies audibly as certain microwave frequencies are indistinguishable from regular sound.

When a victim reports hearing voices, this will be dismissed as a sign of schizophrenia.

Perpetrators will use deception, surveillance, severe gaslighting, and other forms of psychological warfare, for various purposes, one of which is to induce paranoia and make the victim appear mentally ill. Once the victim is struggling from the persecution/experimentation, they will be labelled with schizophrenia and subdued with toxic antipsychotics. In many cases, these toxic drugs will be legally mandated by a court or mental health tribunal and consist of monthly long acting injections. If a victim refuses the injection, they are detained by police and taken to hospital where they are administered it forcibly. This medical abuse is euphemised as a Community Treatment Order (CTO), or Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT).

Antipsychotics have extreme side effects, especially when administered in the massive doses commonly used in long acting injections. These side effects are countless, but include anhedonia (the inability to feel pleasure), dysphoria (the opposite of euphoria), organ failure (not uncommon), severe weight gain (up to 50+ kg in a year), immune suppression, severe fatigue (eg sleeping 23 hours a day), brain shrinkage, cognitive impairment, heart disease, “sudden death” and many more. Antipsychotics are about as toxic as chemotherapy, except a course of chemotherapy totals a few days (eg once a week for 5 weeks), whilst victims are expected to take antipsychotics every day for the rest of their life.
